I help organizations untangle complex human problems.

I enjoy solving problems that don't have one right answer.

The best ones involve people. They're the moments when communication has broken down, priorities compete, trust needs rebuilding, or a team knows it needs to move forward but isn't sure how.

Over the years, I've found that those moments rarely need someone with all the answers. They need someone who's willing to ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and help people see the situation more clearly.

That's the work I've done for more than 25 years—as a teacher, school leader, curriculum designer, travel advisor, mentor, and volunteer leader.

The roles have changed. The work hasn't.

This site is where I'm exploring the stories and ideas that have shaped the way I approach complex human problems.

Let's Start a Conversation

If you've found yourself thinking, "I'd like to work with someone who approaches problems this way," let's talk.

The best work I've done has always started with a conversation.
